Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool for behaviour change. But what drives the behaviour? With this in mind, I use hypnotherapy in conjunction with counselling to go to the meaning and belief behind the behaviour. This means that we don't work at the "fix it only" level. If this is what you would like, perhaps another hypnotherapist may work better for you. If you would like healing, then let's get working together for your health.
Touch your nose. Go on, nobody is looking!
How did this happen? I really don’t know the answer, but I do know that, given clear instructions, millions (yes, millions) of our individual parts will work together to give us the result that we want – touch our nose in this case. That is, of course, while our body is busy doing another ten million (?) things at the same time.
Let’s give this part – our subconscious mind – clear directions and goals to enable it to work for us; to allow us to be the best we can be.
This can be achieved using hypnosis, or hypnotherapy. A simple and relaxing process where our conscious mind is allowed to rest; our physical body is relaxed, and your goal is placed your powerful, sub conscious mind, working behind the scenes for your better health and goals.
We don’t do any of the ‘stage’ or ‘TV’ hypnosis, and no, you cannot be made do anything that you don’t want to do.
The hypnotic state is a natural, pleasant and relaxing state to be in.
You will be taught self-hypnosis as well, so that you can continue your growth at home.
